Asparagus Theatre Armstrongs exceptional award winning community theatre company. Founded in the fall of 1981 Asparagus Theatre has been entertaining the surrounding area with compelling dramas, hilarious comedies and fun filled family orientated productions.

Part of Asparagus Theatres mandate is to produce and perform imaginative and innovative artistic and theatrical events and also to provide leadership and training for young people interested in learning about the performing arts. In this vein, Asparagus Theatre tries to produce and promote their Christmas show as a production for all of the family to get involved in, whether it be backstage or on stage. We welcome novices to the theatre with open arms.

Asparagus Theatres festival productions tend to reflect an edgier, more artistic slant utilizing the skills and training the club has learnt over the years. Workshops are an important learning tool and Asparagus Theatre supports and helps its members learn and grow in the theatrical field by offering Theatre B.C. workshops at a discount to club members. Located on Pleasant Valley Road, between Memorial Park and IPE Fairgrounds. The theatre is part of Centennial Hall.
