Okanagan University College is a comprehensive university college with libraries at each of the five main campuses; North Kelowna, Salmon Arm, South Kelowna (KLO), Penticton, and Vernon. There is a collection of books, periodicals, government documents and media materials in each library to support the programs offered at the campus. In addition, there are daily deliveries among the campus libraries. On-line access to the catalogue and to subscription electronic databases and reference sources is available at each library. Circulation, reference, and research services are provided in each centre library. Facilities and equipment are provided for research and study.

The library catalogue is searchable from home, and material can be placed on hold and renewed through the catalogue. Centralised ordering, processing, and cataloguing services are through the Technical Services department of the Library located at the South Kelowna (KLO) campus
