A service for those in emotional distress. Help is offered from 9:00 a.m. to midnight on weekdays and from 1:00 p.m. to midnight on weekends. Closed on statutory holidays.

Offers emotional support, assistance to victims of crime and referrals to community resources.

The MDSC is a national, volunteer- driven organization that is committed to improving quality of life for people affected by depression, bipolar disorder and other related disorders.

Support Group Friday 3:00-4:00 p.m. at the Peer Outreach Centre 3100-28th Avenue. Families, friends and caregivers welcome.

Gemini Concurrent Disorders Program - support and information for people suffering with Mental Health Issues and Drug or Alcohol problems.

Peer Outreach Program - friendship support and empowerment for people isolated because of Mental Health issues.  Assists with resources.

Peer Facilitation Program - advocacy program for people in hospital   Call for appointment 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
