We host informal monthly meetings for pregnant and nursing mothers and their babies, offer mother-to-mother help, practical ideas on the day-to-day management of breastfeeding, and materials for the whole family on parenting from pregnancy through birth to the teen years.

Operates a 24-hour emergency service providing women experiencing abusive relationships with support, information, and referrals to legal and social agencies. An emergency shelter for women with or without their children providing a home-like atmosphere with supportive staff who will help you to help yourself. Staffed by women who are understanding of the needs of women and children in abusive relationships. The House also runs the Lifeline pregnant teen program providing shelter in a safe and supportive independent living environment from 5 months of pregnancy.

Offers shelter, counselling and information for women and children who have been physically or sexually abused.
